I don't compare any language to any language.

As I replied to (almost any) other comment, Dart and Kotlin have a lot in common for this comparison to make sense. They have similar background, use cases and goals.

C++ is a player from the very different league. And yeah, it's definitely not one of the best languages, and many companies are using it despite its drawbacks, because some of its advantages are big enough to cover that.
